Energy! And How to Get It!

Energy! And How to Get it!

Energy! And How To Get It! was a workshop programme developed by artist and film maker Kimberley O’Neill as part of our Sculpture Club Programme with Queen’s Cross Housing Association.

Responding to the theme of ‘Energy!’, Kim worked with the children and youth work team at QCHA to experiment with different approaches to digital and analogue filmmaking, including observational filming, staging scenes, making props and sets, conducting interviews, sound recording, and other experimental techniques. Each week the group will work together to explore the theme of energy in our everyday lives.

The footage, recordings, and materials we’ve made together over the 12 weeks have then been brought together produce a new collaborative film.
